Atiya Mudra ஆதித்ய முத்திரை
Method
Place the tip of the thumb at the base of the ring finger. கட்டை
விரல் நுனியை மோதிர விரலின் அடியில் வைக்கவும்.
Effects
This finger represents Prithvi and the thumb represents Agni. When the agni touches the base to ring finger there is a growth of prithvi element and also growth of agni.Therefore there will be weight gain with improvement stamina.
